School Based BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with leadership to determine and delegate clinical improvement initiatives
• Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments to supervisees
• Oversee Behavior Consultants and Behavior Specialists, including caseload management and protocol training
• Assist in FBA/BIP data collection, report review, and guidance
• Ensure proper data collection setup and review graphs bi-weekly
• Review progress reports and annual review reports for supervisees
• Maintain a caseload of direct and/or indirect services for 21-28 hours per week
• Conduct FBAs, create BIPs, and attend CSE meetings
• Ensure proper supervision as per BACB and LBA requirements
• Provide oversight to NYS Graduate Permit and BCBA Candidates

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA Certification and/or LBA
• Minimum of 3 years experience in child/family support, preferably school-based
• NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation for caseload and supervision sites
