About the role
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with leadership to determine and delegate clinical improvement initiatives
- Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments to supervisees
- Oversee Behavior Consultants and Behavior Specialists, including caseload management and protocol training
- Assist in FBA/BIP data collection, report review, and guidance
- Ensure proper data collection setup and review graphs bi-weekly
- Review progress reports and annual review reports for supervisees
- Maintain a caseload of direct and/or indirect services for 21-28 hours per week
- Conduct FBAs, create BIPs, and attend CSE meetings
- Ensure proper supervision as per BACB and LBA requirements
- Provide oversight to NYS Graduate Permit and BCBA Candidates
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA Certification and/or LBA
- Minimum of 3 years experience in child/family support, preferably school-based
- NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance
- Reliable transportation for caseload and supervision sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual skills
