School Based BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to determine and delegate clinical improvement initiatives
• Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments to supervisees
• Oversee Behavior Consultants and Behavior Specialists regarding caseloads, protocols, and billing
• Assist in FBA/BIP data collection, report review, and crisis management planning
• Review progress reports, annual reviews, and data collection graphs bi-weekly
• Maintain a caseload of direct and/or indirect services for 21-28 hours per week
• Conduct FBAs, create BIPs, and attend CSE meetings
• Ensure proper supervision per BACB and LBA requirements
• Develop and present professional development in district and community settings

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• BCBA Certification and/or LBA
• Minimum of 3 years experience supporting children and families, preferably in school-based consultation
• NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation for caseload and supervision travel
