About the role
Responsibilities
- Work with leadership to determine and delegate clinical improvement initiatives
- Provide mentoring, training, and competency assessments to supervisees
- Oversee Behavior Consultants and Behavior Specialists regarding caseloads, protocols, and billing
- Assist in FBA/BIP data collection, report review, and crisis management planning
- Review progress reports, annual reviews, and data collection graphs bi-weekly
- Maintain a caseload of direct and/or indirect services for 21-28 hours per week
- Conduct FBAs, create BIPs, and attend CSE meetings
- Ensure proper supervision per BACB and LBA requirements
- Develop and present professional development in district and community settings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
- BCBA Certification and/or LBA
- Minimum of 3 years experience supporting children and families, preferably in school-based consultation
- NYS Driver’s License and proof of insurance
- Reliable transportation for caseload and supervision travel

- Bilingual skills
