About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily school operations at the Westminster campus to ensure smooth campus functioning
- Manage and maintain rigorous financial processes, including invoice reconciliation
- Handle internal and external communications to ensure they are professional and engaging
- Assist with administrative tasks such as drafting parent newsletters and other school correspondence
- Act as a central point of support for the administrative team to maintain operational efficiency
Requirements
- Proven ability to multi-task and pivot between different administrative priorities
- Experience with financial reconciliation and maintaining accurate records
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced educational environment
