About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate designated scholarships, including promotion, application processing, and assessment support
- Manage offer processes and financial administration related to scholarship programs
- Provide reporting and support for scholarship management
- Respond to a wide range of student and stakeholder enquiries using a customer-focused approach and sound judgement
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Substantial administrative experience, ideally within a complex service environment
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service to diverse stakeholders
- Well-developed written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
