Responsibilities

• Prepare turbine blades and coating fixtures, including setting up the workstation and performing visual inspections.
• Precisely insert, align, and fasten components into fixtures while checking dimensional accuracy and installation specifications.
• Label fixtures, manage the feeding of blades to coating systems, and compensate for wear.
• Inspect blades after coating, disassemble components, and initiate necessary rework or further process steps.
• Document all work steps meticulously and perform weight and limit value controls.
• Block defective parts and report quality issues immediately.
• Renew, assemble, and further develop fixtures, including managing wear parts and documenting sample blades.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in metalwork (minimum 2 years).
• Proficiency with hand tools and common forming and joining techniques.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and interpret sketches.
• Independent, structured, and highly organized way of working.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in tool or fixture construction.
