Responsibilities

• Perform independent, systematic troubleshooting and fault rectification within the production area
• Execute maintenance and repair work including functional testing
• Create circuit diagrams and adjust control, drive, and process technology to optimize plant systems
• Manage regulatory documentation using IT-supported systems
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards regarding occupational and product safety
• Support and process various project-related tasks
• Perform calibration of measuring technology

Requirements

• Completed training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering or automation technology
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC technology and WinCC (operating and monitoring)
• Extensive knowledge of drive technology, including frequency converters, positioning controls, and robotics
• Good knowledge of process control electronics, measurement and control technology, and sensor systems
• Knowledge of pneumatics and basic understanding of industrial communication
• Structured, systematic, and result-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift operation
