Scheme Transition Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of scheme implementations and assist with onboarding new business onto in-house systems
• Act as a key point of contact for client relationship management and query resolution
• Develop and manage project plans to ensure contractual and customer commitments are met
• Work with large data sets and present findings clearly to stakeholders
• Deliver presentations and updates to internal and external senior management
• Lead or assist in developing firmwide initiatives to improve efficiency and client experience
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative, product, and market changes

Requirements

• 2:1 degree or experience supporting client onboarding projects, ideally in Financial Services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Advanced Excel skills including core formulas and large data set manipulation
• Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all seniority levels
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex issues
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of project, business analysis, or software development life cycles
• Experience in data modelling using VBA or Python
• Project management skills and ability to multi-task
• Knowledge of pensions or insurance industries
• Understanding of risk controls in an operational environment
