About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage QHSE Certification Products and auditors in accordance with Standards and Accreditation requirements
  • Maintain Lead Auditor status and accreditation for relevant standards
  • Manage and implement QHSE Product requirements
  • Support auditors with administrative, IT, and audit-related issues
  • Guide audit planning and preparation of audit programs
  • Assist with auditor sourcing, onboarding, training, and development
  • Maintain local accreditation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
  • Conduct audits, prepare findings, and perform technical reviews of audit packs
  • Achieve performance targets and KPIs for the unit
  • Provide technical support to the BA Academy for training material development

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-year tertiary qualification related to quality, environment, or health and safety
  • 5–10 years of general work experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in quality, environment, or health and safety
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of Project and Operations Management
  • Strong data accuracy, record-keeping, and document control skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing competency records or databases
  • Experience coordinating staff or contractor onboarding
  • Exposure to certification bodies or accreditation systems (ISO 17021 / 17065)
  • Advanced understanding of technical areas in Quality, Environment, or Health and Safety
  • Proficiency in CertIQ or DigiApp
  • Data analysis skills using Excel or Power BI
