About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule field engineers for installations, maintenance, and service activities
- Act as a key point of contact for customers to arrange appointments and resolve scheduling issues
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Communicate job details and customer requirements to field engineers
- Collaborate with customer support, sales, technical, and operational departments
- Manage completion documentation, operational records, and process charges
- Raise purchase orders in line with company procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in scheduling, resource planning, or project coordination
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems
- Proactive problem-solver capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of geographic regions in the UK and Ireland is beneficial
Preferred Qualifications
- PRINCE2 or other project management qualification
