Scheduling Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Estimate Scheduling Group, managing 2–3 schedulers to ensure high-quality schedule development.
• Support the District Scheduling Manager in preparing and maintaining Level 2 Proposal Schedules for assigned projects.
• Utilize Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling techniques to ensure estimates include appropriate scope, calendars, and milestones.
• Collaborate with Estimating, Proposal Project Management, and Engineering teams to deliver accurate schedules, resource loading, and FTE histograms.
• Lead the application of ALICE optimization technology during Baseline (Level 3) Schedule Development.
• Maintain and improve Schedule Benchmark Tools, including Milestones Comparables and Schedule Velocity metrics.
• Serve as a working lead, providing hands-on support for complex estimates and reviewing EPC Level 3 Baselines.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within power generation or infrastructure construction.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Ability to work onsite at the Lenexa, KS office.
• Willingness to travel as required to assist estimate efforts and collect historical project data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
