Scheduling Lead

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Establish schedule management programs and deliverables for large-scale capital programs
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for project team approval
• Conduct resource loading and leveling to optimize project timelines
• Consolidate contractor schedules into the master IMS
• Assess impacts on the critical path and report findings to the project team
• Monitor schedule deviations and assist in developing corrective actions
• Apply EVM methodology to measure project progress and performance
• Prepare periodic schedule progress reports, trending charts, and detailed analysis
• Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting performance
• Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor to provide guidance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field
• 5-7 years of applicable experience in construction project controls
• Expertise in using Primavera P6
• Proven experience working within complex matrix environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
