Scheduling Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze deviations from the baseline in the Project Master schedule and propose corrective actions
• Implement Project Planning/Scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures
• Coordinate the development of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
• Support the implementation of an integrated enterprise-based EPC master schedule program
• Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports
• Perform Critical Path Analysis and probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules
• Conduct schedule risk analysis for the project
• Prepare resourcing plans and identify peak leveling recommendations
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of schedules produced

Requirements

• Experience in scheduling all phases of the project lifecycle for large complex construction projects
• Background in Life Science, Chemical, Nuclear, O&G, Power, or Industrial sectors
• Expert proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data
• Fluency in German and English
• Ability to work autonomously and meet project deadlines
• Willingness to travel/mobility for project sites
