About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor the project schedule and cost
- Develop a detailed work schedule according to the project's construction design
- Formulate, process, and manage the project schedule, ensuring timely execution across all implementation phases
- Monitor project progress and ensure continuous construction compliance with the design
- Update the project calendar, manage changes, and update corresponding files
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports and recommendations to avoid schedule deviations
- Develop and maintain an effective framework for cooperation and communication between all work teams and project stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of experience in scheduling complex building projects
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
- Very good knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to organize and coordinate parallel tasks
- Developed team management skills
