Scheduling Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the project schedule and cost
• Develop a detailed work schedule according to the project's construction design
• Formulate, process, and manage the project schedule, ensuring timely execution across all implementation phases
• Monitor project progress and ensure continuous construction compliance with the design
• Update the project calendar, manage changes, and update corresponding files
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly progress reports and recommendations to avoid schedule deviations
• Develop and maintain an effective framework for cooperation and communication between all work teams and project stakeholders

Requirements

• University degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• 10 years of experience in scheduling complex building projects
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD
• Very good knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera

• Ability to organize and coordinate parallel tasks
