About the role

About the Company

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider. Their clinicians provide a continuum of care for patients with chronic conditions and limited mobility directly in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule patient appointments based on provider availability and area
  • Prioritize urgent appointment tasks and reschedule appointments as needed
  • Review and update patient insurance information and handle insurance preauthorization
  • Manage high-volume workloads and maintain provider daily appointment quotas
  • Update account information and correctly notate patient charts
  • Handle voicemails and ensure all inquiries are addressed
  • Reach out to referring sources and place calls to patients for providers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Administrative healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate multiple software databases
  • Capability to manage high volumes of phone calls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
