About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage project start and end dates in the work management system
- Update systems with completion confirmations or valid delay reasons
- Enter scheduled work into relevant databases and produce programmes
- Assist with creation of daily and weekly team and project whereabouts
- Communicate with customers and residents to confirm work details
- Provide accurate reports as required
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience dealing with customers, clients, and colleagues via email, phone, or messaging
- Background in outbound calling, customer advisory, project coordination, or sales administration
- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK
- Full clean driving licence preferred
