About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage project start and end dates in the work management system
  • Update systems with completion confirmations or valid delay reasons
  • Enter scheduled work into relevant databases and produce programmes
  • Assist with creation of daily and weekly team and project whereabouts
  • Communicate with customers and residents to confirm work details
  • Provide accurate reports as required

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience dealing with customers, clients, and colleagues via email, phone, or messaging
  • Background in outbound calling, customer advisory, project coordination, or sales administration
  • Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • Full clean driving licence preferred
