About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a conduit to enable the technician team to focus on job delivery
  • Handle client interactions, requests, and concerns via email, phone, TEAMS, and online portals
  • Manage internal scheduling with technicians and external scheduling with clients
  • Utilize electronic filing systems for internal documentation and client deliverables
  • Identify process changes to promote efficiency

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of administrative or scheduling experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and TEAMS
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
