About the role
Responsibilities
- Work closely with owners, managers, and technicians to provide professional service
- Serve as a conduit to enable the technician team to focus on job delivery
- Handle client interactions, requests, and concerns via email, phone, TEAMS, and online portals
- Manage internal scheduling with technicians and external scheduling with clients
- Utilize electronic filing systems for internal documentation and client deliverables
- Identify process changes to promote efficiency
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of administrative or scheduling experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and TEAMS
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
