Scheduler/Project Planner - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated schedules for multi-disciplinary construction projects, covering design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and contractor integration
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to accelerate timelines
• Coordinate with schedulers to assess and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value Management and Schedule Risk Analysis
• Define and analyze critical paths and produce reports including KPI metrics and float trend analysis
• Lead interactive planning and schedule review sessions to develop mitigation strategies
• Validate contractor schedules for logic, duration, and sequencing
• Implement and maintain a robust schedule change control process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling and planning
• Experience in data center or high-tech industrial environments
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
• Deep knowledge of data center construction sequencing (CSA and MEP)
• Working knowledge of MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in Korean and English
