About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage integrated schedules for multi-disciplinary construction projects, covering design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and contractor integration
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to accelerate timelines
- Coordinate with schedulers to assess and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value Management and Schedule Risk Analysis
- Define and analyze critical paths and produce reports including KPI metrics and float trend analysis
- Lead interactive planning and schedule review sessions to develop mitigation strategies
- Validate contractor schedules for logic, duration, and sequencing
- Implement and maintain a robust schedule change control process
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling and planning
- Experience in data center or high-tech industrial environments
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
- Deep knowledge of data center construction sequencing (CSA and MEP)
- Working knowledge of MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
- Fluency in Korean and English
