Scheduler/Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clear schedules at both project and program levels
• Lead the planning work within programs and support program/project managers
• Identify critical path elements and communicate them to contractors and management
• Conduct continuous scheduling meetings with investigation leaders, project managers, and contractors
• Compile and present status reports
• Review contractor schedules during tender reviews
• Drive or assist in uncertainty analysis of schedules

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a scheduler in construction or infrastructure projects/programs
• Minimum 4 years of experience using MS Project or equivalent planning tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with project management models or methodologies
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or IPMA)
• Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience in the contracting phase or early stages of complex infrastructure projects
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading Monte Carlo simulations and schedule uncertainty analysis
