Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 for various project stages including engineering, procurement, and construction
• Read and review project drawings, scope, and specifications to ensure accurate scheduling
• Identify critical and near-critical paths within project schedules
• Interface schedules with project budgets and resources, loading labor and material requirements
• Monitor actual progress against baselines and report on project status
• Analyze productivity, trends, and forecasts to propose corrective actions for timely completion
• Generate comprehensive project controls reports and attend management and client meetings
• Track change orders and extra work orders to maintain schedule integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience working as a Scheduler
• Proficient knowledge of scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6 and/or TILOS
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
• Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
