Responsibilities

  • Monitor and track all task deadlines to ensure they are met within set timeframes
  • Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members
  • Prepare and distribute documents and reports
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Maintain and update databases
  • Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a scheduling role is essential
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
