About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track all task deadlines to ensure they are met within set timeframes
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and appointments for team members
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
- Maintain and update databases
- Perform general administrative tasks including data entry and record keeping
Requirements
- Previous experience in a scheduling role is essential
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
