Scheduler - Planning & Cost Control

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Integrate cost and resource data into schedules to support forecasting and performance tracking
• Maintain schedule baselines and monitor progress against established KPIs
• Analyze project cost and schedule data using spreadsheets, databases, and statistical software
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate project performance and trends
• Lead schedule-based risk analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Provide actionable recommendations to improve project cost and schedule outcomes
• Support project teams in identifying and mitigating schedule and cost risks

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in project controls, scheduling, or cost analysis
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
• Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP
• Knowledge of AACE principles and project controls methodologies
• BS or BA from an accredited university in a related analytic discipline
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMI Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification
