Scheduler - Nuclear Construction

Responsibilities

• Assist teams in controlling project schedules through baseline development and progress updates
• Perform schedule impact, manpower, and critical path analysis
• Plan and execute scheduling using specialized software
• Interface with operations, owners, and subcontractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and discuss work impacts
• Provide detailed information regarding project schedule modifications and presentations

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 Project Management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling and Earned Value Analysis
• Knowledge of construction and engineering principles and the ability to read construction drawings
• Ability to travel or relocate (initial assignment in Oshawa, ON, with future assignments in Alberta)
• Ability to travel cross-border between Canada and the US

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with resource loading and leveling using P6
• Strong organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills
