Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, concise, and accurate reports
• Operate access control systems and security software
• Utilize computers for incident reports and email communication
• Demonstrate strong customer service and professional demeanor
• Manage multiple tasks and execute radio/telephone communications in high-pressure environments
• Perform other duties as determined by the security supervisor

Requirements

• Valid state licensing, if applicable
• 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Proficiency with computers and security software
• WinTeams experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience
• Two years of security experience
• Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Military experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice or a related field
