About the role

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction staff to develop comprehensive project schedules from conceptual planning through operational startup.
  • Create and maintain critical path logic networks using EPC terminology and methodologies.
  • Ensure all scheduling activities comply with site-specific certified Earned Value Management System (EVMS) standards.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify scheduling issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Gather and validate schedule inputs across all disciplines and functions to ensure alignment.
  • Oversee the integration of all schedule activities into a unified project timeline.
  • Manage and implement change control processes to maintain schedule integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical training and experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction scheduling.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 scheduling software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • U.S. Citizenship required to obtain facility-specific security clearance.

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in presenting schedule briefings to senior leadership.
  • Flexible and responsive to urgent proposal/project requests and shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
