Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Update production schedules in INFOR and associated tracking tools
• Provide support to Production Planners
• Prepare and distribute fabrication packages to Mechanical Supervisors
• Generate and maintain weekly production reports
• Interface with production supervisors to maintain schedules
• Revise and reschedule orders due to expedited orders, material shortages, or cancellations
• Prepare daily line efficiency reports and track production status
• Adhere to established safety guidelines and scheduling policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a relevant field
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering degree
• Experience with ERP systems
• Co-op or internship experience in manufacturing
