Scheduler I

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize production schedules based on key criteria for the department
• Monitor schedules to identify and resolve issues before they impact the business
• Participate in production and scheduling conversations to understand capacity and needs
• Collaborate with the scheduling team to address issues
• Act as the main point of contact for the production team to ensure commitments are met
• Provide support to assigned departments with L4 Board participation
• Work with EPICS and EPICOR ERP systems
• Review MRP Inventory and suggestions to create replenishment orders

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in scheduling or production planning
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
