Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent, 6-12 months call center experience
About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by verifying and scheduling shipping dates and scanning cases.
- Act as a liaison between departments and communicate with dental offices via phone or email to advise of shipping changes.
- Update case tracking systems and customer management software to reflect accurate shipping information.
- Monitor production flow and rush case status to ensure timely completion and adjust shipping dates as necessary.
- Coordinate with the digital team for model printing and assign cases to Dental Technicians.
- Utilize location scanning tools to track case movement and status on the production floor.
- Monitor Outlook email inboxes and perform other related administrative duties as directed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 to 12 months of call center experience.
