Scheduler Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6
• Prepare baseline schedules and update progress regularly
• Track schedule performance, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions
• Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk assessments
• Prepare weekly and monthly schedule reports
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for accurate schedule inputs
• Support project managers with time-impact analysis and forecasting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or similar)
• 3–7 years of experience in planning and scheduling
• Minimum GPA of 2.8/4 or 3.8/5
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6
• Good understanding of EPC workflows and project lifecycle
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• PSP certification
