Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and develop scheduling work for the Contact Line Factory and other railway projects
• Develop routines, templates, requirements, and training materials for scheduling
• Create and monitor project schedules and review contractor/designer documentation
• Verify competence, authorization, and compliance of contractors and designers
• Participate in design, construction, economic, and procurement work to ensure contract compliance
• Monitor schedules, costs, forecasts, quality, environment, and safety
• Manage deviations and coordinate with authorities, contractors, and external parties
• Coordinate technical branches and adjacent contracts, including field inspections

Requirements

• University degree (180hp) in civil engineering, technology, or a relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of qualified scheduling experience in infrastructure, industry, or energy
• At least 4 years of experience in complex projects with scheduling as the primary responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent scheduling tools
• Valid driver's license
• Fluency in Swedish (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies
• Experience developing training materials and conducting training
