Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and maintain program schedules
• Coordinate schedules between different sub-projects, contractors, and technical areas
• Support project managers in developing and monitoring sub-schedules
• Identify, analyze, and assess time risks and disruptions
• Support program management in scenario analyses and consequence assessments
• Review and follow up on contractor and consultant schedules
• Contribute to the development of WBS structures and planning principles
• Prepare reporting and presentations for program management and steering groups

Requirements

• Documented experience in scheduling for large construction, civil engineering, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Minimum 10 years of experience in scheduling and progress control in complex project organizations
• Experience with projects involving multiple parallel sub-projects and complex interfaces
• Experience in projects with investment volumes exceeding 500 MSEK
• Extensive experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling systems
• Experience in critical path analysis and time risk management
• Knowledge of contract forms and standard agreements such as AB, ABT, and ABK
• Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from water/sewerage facilities, process industry, or mission-critical facilities
• Experience with successive planning
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations for schedule information
• Experience with integrated time and cost control (WBS, CBS)
• Experience working in security-classified environments
• Relevant university education
