Schedule Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning work for projects and programs
• Support program and project managers in developing clear, project-adapted schedules from start to finish
• Develop and maintain clear schedules at both project and program levels
• Identify critical path elements and communicate them to contractors and management
• Conduct continuous scheduling meetings with investigation leaders, project managers, and contractors
• Compile and present status reports
• Review contractor schedules during tender reviews
• Drive or assist in uncertainty analysis of schedules

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• University degree in engineering, economics, or a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience using MS Project or equivalent within construction/infrastructure projects
• At least 1 year of professional experience using Primavera P6

Preferred Qualifications

• At least two years of documented experience working with Primavera
• Documented experience leading Monte Carlo simulations and schedule uncertainty analysis
• At least five years of scheduling experience in large, complex projects (exceeding 1 billion SEK)
• Strong skills in project planning, project controlling, and project methodology (e.g., PMI)
• Experience in infrastructure or process industries
