About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide centralized scheduling expertise across the AMER construction portfolio to ensure schedule specification adherence.
- Conduct weekly schedule quality reviews on active builds and validate GC schedules against committed milestones.
- Develop and maintain complex schedules (L1–L5) including logic ties, resource loading, and delivery cadence assumptions.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and "what-if" scenarios to support proactive intervention and mitigate risks to committed dates.
- Create schedule reports and dashboards for regional and executive audiences.
- Support field audits to validate schedule accuracy and process adherence.
- Travel domestically up to 50% to support active builds and milestone readiness assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience carrying new design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
- Experience with power management and power monitoring systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in data centers or comparable critical infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of electrical and mechanical data center infrastructure.
- Knowledge of engineering documentation, electrical diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and drawings across all domains.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations including Life Safety, BOCA, NFPA, NEC, or OSHA.
