Schedule and Cost Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Develop and update schedules and cost estimates for the client
• Participate in the development of contractor schedules and calculations
• Identify and plan critical purchases in collaboration with the contractor
• Analyze and quality assure schedules, cost estimates, and basis for market prices
• Work with cost monitoring, forecasting, and index management
• Support the handling of notifications and additional work (ÄTA)
• Drive follow-up of the contractor's ongoing invoicing

Requirements

• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Swedish B-driver's license
• Degree from a technical university or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in construction companies in a supervisory role for civil engineering projects (min. 100 MSEK)
• At least 5 years of experience in tendering, production calculation, and economic follow-up for infrastructure projects (over 200 MSEK)
• Experience in planning using scheduling software, including critical path analysis and multi-level scheduling
• Good knowledge of AMA Anläggning and construction law (AB/ABT)
• Experience in planning for projects exceeding 200 MSEK

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large collaborative contracts in infrastructure (value over 250 MSEK) using running account compensation
• Experience in a leading position on either the contractor or client side
