SCF Setup

Responsibilities

• Set up machines according to established procedures to ensure products meet quality specifications and output rates
• Repair, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery, including dismantling, replacing parts, and reassembling
• Perform product changeovers, line clearance, machine lubrications, sanitization, and cleaning
• Conduct product inspections, process tests, and record accurate inspection data
• Perform preventive maintenance for the assigned production line
• Monitor operations for product quality and equipment performance
• Communicate technical issues and pertinent information with prior and post-shift operators
• Assist technical staff with machine modifications, testing, and equipment validations
• Maintain equipment logs and ensure lines are supplied with necessary components and materials

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or 5 years of manufacturing experience in lieu of a diploma/GED)
• 2 years of experience in a technical manufacturing role
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Proficiency with computer and mathematical skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work night shifts (Monday-Thursday, 6pm-6am)

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in a technical-related field
