About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain ATE test solutions for SCE Edge NPU microcontrollers, managing deliverables from product concept through launch.
- Validate 1st silicon and deliver test program and hardware requirements for qualification, characterization, and manufacturing release.
- Evaluate and promote new test methods to improve coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Provide Design-For-Test (DFT) requirements to the Design team to enhance test methodologies.
- Manage test engineering deliverables in collaboration with global cross-functional teams and OSATs.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in ATE test program development.
- Proficiency with Teradyne UP1600 or Advantest PS1600 platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to execute projects within strict timelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
