SCC System V&V Leader

Responsibilities

• Specify and design overall test architectures, including test cases and scenarios that reflect real-world operational contexts
• Prepare comprehensive test plans, test sheets, and documentation to ensure high-quality rail signalling integration
• Execute test sessions, produce detailed reports, and manage associated change requests
• Investigate and resolve defects detected on test benches or at project sites
• Manage V&V work products under configuration management and ensure traceability against requirements
• Estimate workload, schedule activities, and provide support to subsystem validation teams
• Participate in customer acceptance tests and site tests as required

Requirements

• BS Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (Master’s Degree is a plus)
• At least 10 years of experience in signalling (V&V, Design, Application, or railway operation control)
• Experience with Integrated Control Center systems such as ATS, SCADA, or Security
• Knowledge of Interlocking, Carborne, PTC, CBTC, and Cybersecurity
• Proficiency in PLC programming, software coding, and test automation/scripting
• Strong leadership and analytical problem-solving skills
