Scanner Metrology Engineer

Responsibilities

• Start up, develop, and optimize scanner metrology processes to improve product quality and yield
• Drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and risk management in semiconductor manufacturing
• Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve production issues
• Use project management skills to close yield, defectivity, and cost gaps
• Drive improvements across all owned Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts
• Apply DRAM development and manufacturing expertise to resolve manufacturing line problems

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience working within metrology
• Hands-on experience with ASML Metrology equipment
• BS or Masters in an Engineering field (or equivalent military experience/AAS with 5+ years of industry experience)
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
