About the role
Responsibilities
- Start up, develop, and optimize scanner processes to improve product quality and yield
- Drive process yield improvements, cost reduction, and productivity enhancements
- Resolve manufacturing line problems and manage technical risks
- Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve production issues
- Use project management skills to close yield, defectivity, and cost gaps
- Drive improvements across all owned Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts
Requirements
- 2+ years of photolithography experience
- BS or Masters in an Engineering field (or equivalent military experience/AAS with 5+ years of industry experience)
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Data Science and Programming skills
