Scalehouse Operator & Document Processor

Responsibilities

• Weigh vehicles upon entry and exit using scale systems and maintain accurate records
• Enter weight data and vehicle information into logbooks or scale management software
• Greet drivers, assist with paperwork, and answer questions regarding procedures
• Verify vehicle weights and documentation meet legal and company standards
• Monitor facility access by checking driver identification and load authorization
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform minor scale equipment maintenance
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on weighbridge activities and discrepancies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Previous experience in security preferred
