Scaled Business Growth Marketer

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing growth strategy across large areas and drive cross-team alignment
• Identify and size marketing opportunities to drive material business impact
• Design comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programs to accelerate outcomes across the funnel
• Execute projects in close collaboration with Product, Sales, Data Science, and other partners
• Lead experimentation from initial test design through to result analysis
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to accelerate business impact and optimize workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing strategy
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, including data extraction and querying with SQL
• Proven experience designing and executing experiments and interpreting results
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience developing full-funnel marketing strategies using quantitative and qualitative insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with advanced analytics, including statistical analysis or machine learning
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Python
• Knowledge of Meta's products and platform capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and content development
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices
