Scaled Business Growth Marketer

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing growth strategy across large areas and drive cross-team alignment
• Identify and size marketing opportunities to drive material business impact
• Design comprehensive, multi-channel marketing programs to accelerate outcomes across the funnel
• Execute projects in close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Data Science partners
• Lead experimentation from initial test design to analyzing results for business impact
• Leverage AI and advanced analytics to accelerate business outcomes and optimize workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a directly related field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or marketing strategy
• 4+ years of experience in analytics, including data extraction and querying with SQL
• Proven experience designing and executing experiments and interpreting results
• Experience establishing KPIs, measurement frameworks, and attribution models
• Proficiency in distilling complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with advanced analytics including statistical analysis or machine learning
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Python
• Knowledge of Meta's products and platform capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and efficiency
