Scaffolding Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, company procedures, and HSE regulations
• Coordinate daily activities of scaffolding crews for safe and efficient execution
• Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding structures and verify tags and permits
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards related to scaffolding operations
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor workforce productivity and maintain accurate progress documentation
• Liaise with clients, site management, and inspectors regarding compliance

Requirements

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor on industrial or construction projects
• Valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards and safety practices
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems
• Ability to read scaffolding drawings and project specifications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
