Scaffolder

Responsibilities

• Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures at oil & gas facilities according to approved drawings and engineering specifications
• Inspect scaffolding materials and equipment to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to plan scaffolding requirements
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with company policies, OSHA, and other regulatory safety standards
• Assist in the rigging and lifting of materials and equipment
• Maintain proper documentation of scaffolding inspections and safety incidents
• Identify potential hazards and take corrective actions to prevent accidents
• Perform general labor duties related to construction activities

Requirements

• High school diploma, ITI or equivalent
• 3-6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry
• Valid scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS or equivalent)
• Knowledge of scaffolding standards, load capacities, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings and specifications
• Physically fit and capable of working at heights for extended periods
