About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive product value for the Maestro supply chain planning system by bridging business, IT, and vendor needs.
- Support the Product Owner in clarifying business requirements, priorities, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between business and technology stakeholders to communicate objectives, risks, and dependencies.
- Define, refine, and deliver product capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Manage backlog readiness by refining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria within an Agile environment.
- Apply domain expertise in Fuels Supply–Demand balancing to translate planning needs into technical insights.
- Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and supply chain use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product support, business analysis, or supply chain/analytics roles.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Supply–Demand balancing, Fuels, or downstream supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with Maestro or similar planning and optimization tools.
- Strong digital mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical product requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
