About the role

Responsibilities

  • Register new applicants and promote new properties
  • Qualify applicants prior to viewings
  • Book and carry out property viewings
  • Report on any need for repairs at properties
  • Provide feedback to relevant managers on applicants’ needs and ensure systems are up to date

Requirements

  • Experience with customer service
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle
