Saturation Diving Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute saturation diving operations ensuring safety and health of the dive team
• Ensure all operations are conducted from safe locations in compliance with permit to work systems
• Verify that all personnel on the dive team are qualified and competent for assigned tasks
• Provide fair and consistent coaching and feedback on team performance against IMCA standards
• Assign duties to all members of the dive team and provide direct supervision throughout shifts
• Communicate planned diving work and equipment requirements to technicians

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of DSV Supervisory experience
• IMCA Bell Diving Qualification and IMCA Diving Supervisor CPD
• IMCA Air Diving Supervisor Qualification with minimum 10 offshore commercial air dives
• OPITO approved BOSIET with CA-EBS and MIST certification
• Valid OGUK Medical
• IMCA Logbook verification (last 12 months)
• Demonstrated competence at IMCA C003 D04 grading
