Satellites & Payload AIT Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement manufacturing systems for the Satellites & Payloads product line, ensuring design feasibility and industrial optimization
• Collaborate with engineering domains during the development phase to ensure design solutions fit the industrial system
• Elaborate Manufacturing Dossiers and define the Manufacturing Bill of Material (MBOM)
• Analyze and optimize manufacturing technologies and capabilities within the plant and with industrial partners
• Build process definitions for AIT activities, including work sequences, industrial parameters, and asset requirements (jigs, tools, machines)
• Provide technical support to project AIT managers and production staff during the execution of breadboards, qualification, and flight models
• Lead work preparation activities by releasing mechanical and electrical integration procedures and incorporating them into work orders
• Support shop floor continuous improvement by applying lessons learned and technical expertise

Requirements

• Degree in Aerospace, Telecommunications, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Test) production
• Experience in the space sector or manufacturing engineering is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of CATIA and Delmia
• Programming skills, specifically Google App Script
