Satellite Electrical Power and Harness Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering, design, and lifecycle management of satellite electrical power and harness subsystems
• Define system requirements, perform system flow down, and manage system verification
• Develop and maintain comprehensive subsystem and unit specifications
• Manage subsystem architecture and sizing, including the creation of block diagrams
• Facilitate critical design reviews such as PDR and CDR
• Provide inputs to spacecraft databases, flight software, and flight operating procedures
• Support unit qualification and subsystem-level test procedure development
• Ensure mission readiness for launch and ongoing mission operations

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of related professional work experience
• 5+ years of specific experience with space-related electrical power and harness subsystems
• U.S. Person status required (U.S. Citizen, National, or lawful permanent resident)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance (Top Secret/SCI)
