SAT Tutor

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one and small group SAT tutoring sessions focusing on Math and Evidence-Based Reading and Writing
• Develop personalized study plans and strategies tailored to individual student needs
• Administer and analyze practice tests to identify areas for improvement
• Teach effective test-taking strategies and time management skills
• Provide regular progress reports and feedback to students and parents
• Stay updated on changes to the SAT format and content
• Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and cultural backgrounds
• Collaborate with other tutors and staff to share best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven experience as an SAT tutor or in a similar teaching role
• Demonstrated track record of improving students' SAT scores
• In-depth knowledge of SAT content, structure, and current format
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• SAT certification or personal SAT scores in the 95th percentile or above
• Familiarity with the Qatar education system
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
