SAS Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance worksites for SMAC Assistance Service (SAS)
• Prepare sites by reviewing plans, risk assessments, and material needs with project managers
• Ensure safety setup and maintenance throughout interventions, including PPE compliance
• Monitor work quality, control deliveries, and manage on-site storage
• Report progress and issues via dedicated mobile application with photos and comments
• Train and assist team members, evaluate individual skills, and onboard new hires
• Organize daily/weekly work schedules and submit timesheets to project managers
• Close out projects by finalizing reports, cleaning the site, dismantling equipment, and briefing clients on completed work and watch points

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams in building maintenance, waterproofing, cladding, or roofing
• Mastery of trade techniques, tools, and applicable standards (DTU)
• Strong knowledge of jobsite safety rules and risk prevention
• Ability to read technical plans and organize material logistics
• Comfortable using smartphones for digital reporting
• Team-oriented mindset with curiosity and attention to detail
